Nova Smart Systems ("we", "our", "us") uses the information you share to answer enquiries, plan projects and provide requested services. This notice also explains the optional website analytics and session replay you can choose to enable.

Enquiries and Project Information

When you submit our contact form, we receive your email address and the name, property or project details, project stage and message you choose to provide. The submission also includes the page it came from, your selected language and whether you chose to receive updates.

We use HubSpot to process form submissions and manage enquiries, and receive email notifications so our team can respond. You can send an enquiry without accepting optional analytics and session replay. Choosing to receive updates is separate from asking us about a project.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to respond to your request, provide technical guidance, and prepare project follow-up.

Essential Website Storage

We use cookies and browser storage for essential functions, including remembering your cookie choices, security controls and form protections. These functions are separate from optional analytics.

Optional Analytics and Session Replay

If you accept analytics, we use PostHog to understand how the website is used and where it can be improved. This includes pages visited, selected links and products, scrolling, device and browser information, campaign information, and randomly generated visitor and session identifiers.

Analytics also includes session replay: a reconstruction of interactions with the website, such as clicks and scrolling. Our replay configuration excludes forms and masks input values. Enquiry messages and contact details are not included in our analytics events. Nova's PostHog project uses the EU region.

PostHog analytics and session replay start only after you accept analytics. Marketing tracking is currently disabled on this website.

Managing Cookie Preferences

You can update your cookie choices at any time by selecting "Cookie settings" in the website footer. Choose "Essential only" to decline optional tracking, or turn off Analytics in Preferences and save your choice. Withdrawing analytics consent stops future analytics and session replay on this browser; it does not automatically delete information already collected. Contact us if you would like to request deletion.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We use HubSpot for enquiries, PostHog for consented analytics and session replay, and service providers for website hosting and email delivery. Information needed to provide these services may be processed by those providers.

Data Retention

We retain enquiry records as needed for communication, project planning and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and the purpose for which it is used. Contact us for information about retention of your enquiry or analytics data, or to request deletion.
