Start with your home
We look at your layout, existing equipment and priorities before choosing products. Where a panel belongs matters as much as what it can control.
Nova & ORVIBO
How Nova works with ORVIBO
ORVIBO makes the products. Nova plans, installs and supports your system.
How we work together
ORVIBO creates the panels, switches, climate controls, locks and sensors in our collection.
Nova brings those products together for your property. We select the combination, check compatibility and plan how the controls work together, then coordinate installation and provide local support.
About Nova
Smart-home projects in North Cyprus
We design, install and support connected homes across North Cyprus.
How we plan your home
A project begins with the way you use your home: the rooms you spend time in, the controls you reach for and the routines you want to make easier.
From there, we plan lighting, climate, curtains and security together. The aim is a home that works as a whole, with controls that make sense from one room to the next.
From planning to everyday use
Make it work together
Lighting, climate, curtains and access are planned as one system. We coordinate installation, test the agreed functions room by room and guide you through the controls.
Stay in touch
Handover is the beginning of everyday use. Our team remains available for guidance, adjustments and support as you settle into the system.
Experience it in Esentepe
A home you can step inside.
Our completed showhouses make the conversation practical. Try a wall control, explore a scene and see how the system sits within the rooms around you.
It is a chance to get a feel for the products before choosing for your own home, and to talk through what would be useful in your space.
